There are occasions when a company you have contacted using RMS request that you do not contact them again. RMS has a feature that temporarily marks a company's details in order that no E-mails, faxes, or letters are sent to a company deliberately or accidentally. This feature is called Unsubscribe. There is also a feature that enables you to cancel the Unsubscribe and allow the company to be contacted again - this is called Resubscribe.

To Unsubscribe a Company:

1. Perform a search an locate the company in the RMS database.
2. View the search results to display the company.
3. Select the company by clicking on the check box in the Selected column on the same line as the company. A tick appears in the box to indicate that it is selected.
4. Click the Unsubscribe button in the RMS toolbar. The text for the company's details in the list is changed to red to indicate that the company is now included on the Unsubscribe list.

4. Select the File menu from the RMS desktop and then the Resubscribe option. The text for the company's details in the list changes from red (to indicate Unsubscribe) to normal black to indicate that the company is now available for contact again.
